Today is #worldmentalhealthday.

Wellbeing and looking after our health, both physical and mental is important to us here at Naimuri.

Our 'Wellbeing Power Group' deliver a range of events and activities across the year from yoga, hikes, talks, games nights and craft evenings.

Today we had the opportunity to listen to two of our team share their honest and personal struggles with mental health.

Both very emotional and open accounts of their mental health journeys.

Remember, it is important to talk.
