Let’s be honest, with everything going on in the world right now, it’s easy to feel a bit overwhelmed by all that 'alpha' energy out there. I don’t know about you, but I personally think the world is crying out for a bit of a shift!
I’m all for embracing more female energy and supporting the brilliant women we have in the world, and especially in our little home at Naimuri.
For me, "Give to Gain" isn't just a corporate slogan; it’s about what happens when we actually show up for each other. It’s seeing the magic that happens across every corner of our team:

- The Ops and Finance stars who are the absolute backbone of everything we do.
- The range of ages and experiences, from the fresh energy of our early-career talent to the wisdom of our seasoned pros.
It’s that mix of perspectives and generations that makes us who we are.
And while IWD is a great moment to pause and reflect, at Naimuri, we’re about celebrating women and diversity all year round. It’s not a box-ticking exercise for March; it’s part of the way we work every single day.

You’re right there with us, not just standing on the sidelines but actively lifting us up and advocating for that balance. You recognise that female energy isn't a threat to the way of doing things, it’s the upgrade we all need. It’s a genuine team effort where nobody has to be the loudest in the room to be the most valued.
