Yesterday (11th March) a few of the team at Naimuri attended and marked hashtag#InternationalWomensDay at AMRC (thanks for hosting!) by connecting with a powerful network of women across the North West Defence landscape.
It was a privilege to witness the energy of the women driving the North West Regional Defence & Security Cluster (NWRDSC) forward.A standout moment was hearing from our very own Nichola Diment.
Nichola shared a raw, open and honest account of her journey in the military and the subsequent highlights of her career. It provided a unique window into the reality of being a woman (and Mother) in the armed forces.
From the discipline of the field to the strategic heights of her current career, her journey is a testament to the talent within the cluster.
We are incredibly lucky to have such an inspirational group within the North West Regional Defence & Security Cluster Steering Group and supporting teams.
