What is the best thing about working at Naimuri?

The culture.

How did you find the recruitment process?

Simple and very informative. Our recruitment team and Ian Wilson who I dealt with, is a super star at making you feel at ease during the whole process.

Describe a typical day in your role?

A typical day as an executive assistant involves being the organisational backbone for the managing director and general manager.

Mornings kick off with a meticulous dive into the email inboxes, sorting, prioritising, and drafting responses as needed. Calendars are my domain.
I make sure every minute is accounted for, from crucial meetings to coffee breaks.

Throughout the day, I play the role of a human GPS for the SLT members, ensuring they're always where they need to be, armed with the right information and preparedness.

Queries from colleagues are a constant stream, and my expertise lies in swift resolutions, whether it's a logistical challenge or a request for information.

New hires mean induction, and that's my cue to orchestrate meetings and orientation sessions.

The seamless integration of fresh faces into the company is a rewarding aspect of my role. Juggling these tasks requires a meticulous dance between diplomacy and efficiency.

Supplier relations are also under my purview. I negotiate, communicate, and ensure the necessary resources are in place. Whether it's stationary or a lavish spread for a corporate event, I'm the bridge between the company and its external partners.

All of this takes place against the backdrop of my own educational journey—an apprenticeship in business management. It's a dynamic blend of hands-on experience and academic growth, where each day brings new challenges and opportunities for learning.

In the world of an executive assistant, no two days are the same, and that's what keeps me on my toes, honing my multitasking skills and fostering a sense of accomplishment as I contribute to the smooth operation of the executive suite.
