We do things better, faster and more efficiently. Never satisfied with the status quo, we aim for continuous improvement.
The best of both worlds
We have experience gained from working in large systems integrators and apply it with the speed, innovation and mindset of a small, efficient organisation.
First and foremost we’re a team – one that is inspired by new ways of working and helping others become more effective, more collaborative and more secure.
We don’t do agile, we are agile
Being lean and agile is not something we do, it’s something we are. It is ingrained as a core characteristic of our DNA. It is instinctive in the mindset of all our people and implicit in everything we do.
Our people are what make us great
We are a team of highly experienced, inventive, pragmatic individuals delivering vital thinking and new ideas to organisations that will evolve their business as well as their technology. We put our people first to cultivate a creative environment where everyone can thrive.
What’s in a name?
The name ‘Naimuri’ comes from the Japanese words ‘nai‘, which literally translated means ‘not’, and ‘muri‘ which means ‘overburden’ or ‘unreasonableness’.
An organisation with ‘muri’ suffers higher stress levels, low job satisfaction, and little flexibility to adapt to change and improve.
Naimuri is our statement of intent: we eliminate waste and remove overburden in everything we do.
