We work in partnership with government and law enforcement organisations on some of the
most challenging data and technology problems and our vision is to help them
revolutionise what they are doing through the power of technology. We are a tech
business with a real purpose and a whole sense of pride in what can and have achieved
through the innovative use of data and technology.

Our Culture
We’ve been around for about seven-years and gone from being a little-known tech start-up to creating our very own community at the heart of the tech and digital epicentre of the UK - Manchester.
We are part of the QinetiQ family (acquired in 2020), but continue to shape our own individual brand identity and culture as we work with them to scale our organisation.
Our name Naimuri is Japanese and simply means…

Naimuri also stands for ‘no waste’. ‘Lean’ is about stripping away all that is unnecessary, complicated, wasteful and likely to be a barrier to progress.

Our internal power groups help us to focus on our environmental, philanthropic, ethical, and economic responsibilities and create initiatives to deliver change; however subtle that may be.
We care about the world we live in, whether that is here in Manchester helping to nurture the next generation of talent or giving back to our local communities or looking further afield and making a positive contribution to the world as we know it.

Environment
Our Carbon Neutral Group, challenge our day-to-day activities and strive to find new ways to help us make more informed decisions and reduce our impact on our environment.
Our ultimate aim is to reduce any negative environmental impact and make the world a more liveable place for ourselves and future generations.
We take our commitment to contributing to a more positive global movement seriously, and continually explore new initiatives to help reduce waste, lower our carbon footprint and emissions. We hope to achieve Net Zero emissions by 2050 or sooner, if we can.
Small steps can hopefully go a long way to making big changes…..
